Duet for One

When Stephanie, a famous violinist, contracts multiple sclerosis her life begins to fall apart. Her career ends, her husband leaves her for another woman and her favorite pupil leave the country. Unable to bear all this loss, Stephanie attempts suicide.

Perhaps seeking a father figure as a result of childhood abandonment, Michael, who's about 35, carries on with older men a mix of affairs, one-night stands, and casual sex in public toilets. Joe, from whom he has recently broken, abuses him; his latest flame, a police detective, ignores him. His and his twin Joey's birthday approaches, and it triggers memories of their childhood and their illnesses at age seven, leaving Michael a bad heart and retarding Joey's mental development. He buys a birthday present for Joey, but in his melancholy, arrives late after his brother is sleeping. His mother still mourns her husband's leaving. A crisis and resolution ensue.

This musical version of the tale of the boy who wouldn't grow up aired live on television on March 7, 1955. It was so popular that it was restaged the following year, and again four years later.

Worst. Prom. Ever.

Clark has planned the perfect prom for his girlfriend Sharon. His plans are hijacked when Sharon invites her two best girlfriends, Neve and Heather, and their dates along on the perfect evening, but things only get worse. When all three are deserted by their dates at the beginning of prom, the trio go back out to their limo, where the driver has cleaned out the mini bar and takes them on a wild ride that lands them in a holding cell and ends with them crashing another school's prom.
